The HELD, UNVERIFIED headline stopped naming which half of the proof was missing when the harness-lock work rewrote it

what was wrong

the word anti-tamper fell out of the sentence, so the screen withheld the word VERIFIED without saying why the tamper check had not run. repair_session_test.sh had been red on exactly this line and make test was failing on it.
