rules.h says a caller who re-implements half of judge_command is how exec became a bypass, and the caller doing it was the gate itself. the two answers agreed and nothing held them there. the gate calls the shared verdict now, and gate_bench.sh replays all 34 fixture cases through both and refuses to print a timing unless every verdict matches.
